WT 5901-1223G is nanufactured through proprietary processing technology, this thermally conductive silicone cloth utilizes fiberglass substrate reinforcement. Its exceptional electrical insulation properties and assembly process adaptability make it ideal for thermal interface applications between heat-generating semiconductor devices and heat dissipation substrates.
