WT5921-55 Thermal gel
WT5921-55 is a kind of thermal gel which is made of silicone, added with thermally conductive filler and bonding material, and processed through a special process. It is also called thermal putty. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, excellent weather resistance, radiation resistance and superior dielectric properties.
